One Year Ago Today.

It was a moment we had anticipated for almost 4 years:

Meeting Eliana for the first time was a thrill; a mix of anxiety, fear and elation all wrapped up tightly.  But it was not long after -- just a few moments, really -- that we began to bond in a myriad of ways.  The days that would follow would be filled with laughter and wonder with our new daughter.
