Another Snow Day in Houston!

We ended 2017 with a snow day in mid-December, and now we start the new year with another in mid-January.  This time it was mixed with sleet and ice and generally much colder temperatures.

 

Starting the new year off with a BANG

Temperatures have remained cold (for Houston) these past couple of days, but I couldn't let it keep me from at least one range trip before I head back to work next week.  I brought my Ruger Gunsite Scout bolt-action 308 with Nikon BDC 3-9x40 scope.  I sighted the rifle at 50 yards.  My ammunition of choice was Hornady Whitetail Interlock 150 grain.
