Astros Win World Series!!

Once in a lifetime as a sports fan in Houston.  We followed the entire season closely and enjoyed the ups and downs.  It was a joyous occasion to finish out the season on a high note.  The HIGHEST note, in fact.  Way to go, Astros!!

Lost Maples State Park

Staying once again at our favorite place -- Foxfire cabins.  We had cool weather while we hiked mile after mile.

Returning Soon!

Yep, it's been a while since I posted anything to this blog.  Been a busy year.  Keep an eye out as I intend to update over the coming weeks with various highlights from the past year.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy 14th, Ben!

Ellie's Day -- 2015

Another year with our beautiful Ellie.  What a joy she is!

Christmas Memories 2014

Ellie Turns 6!

Hannah is 15!

13 = Ben

 Ben turned 13 in the beginning of June, but we were so busy with life that we never got around to posting anything.  Ben enjoyed a "Lord of the Rings" themed party.

Ben really enjoyed following the NBA playoffs.  We were happy the Spurs won.
